This is a two-stage natural gas burner box for Sterling RSS Series infrared tube heater systems. It features a heavy-duty cast iron burner, reliable direct spark ignition with 100% gas shut-off, and pre-purge/post-purge functionality for safe operation. The design includes a totally enclosed, permanently lubricated blower motor within the burner box, minimizing operational noise to less than 50 dB.Designed for flexibility, this unit can utilize inside or outside air for combustion (up to 40 ft. duct capability for outside air) and includes diagnostic monitoring lights and a burner inspection sight glass. It operates on 120V main power with 24V control power. Please note: This product is the burner box component ONLY and requires the selection and purchase of a matching tube and reflector kit for a complete heater system.
