The Airmate TB170FF is a lay-in T-bar filter grille designed for standard 24" x 24" ceiling grids (actual dimensions 23-3/4" x 23-3/4"). Constructed from steel with a Bright White finish, it features a lanced face with 1/2" blade spacing set at a 35-degree deflection. Access is provided through screwdriver latches and concealed piano hinges.This model includes an integrated plenum box insulated with R4.2 fiberglass ductboard and an aluminum foil barrier. It is designed to hold a standard 20" x 20" x 1" disposable filter (not included) and comes equipped with earthquake tabs for secure mounting. The fiberglass plenum meets UL 723, ASTM E-84, and UL181 standards.
