The Dual-Temperature Meter, model ST4, measures two temperatures simultaneously using the included k-type, wrap tab beaded thermocouples. Its technology provides superior temperature compensation in rapidly changing environments common in field service. Use the ST4 to find Delta T and measure various temperature splits, displaying T1, T2, and T1-T2 on the large LCD screen. It features two front-face calibration pots and includes a clear front case with a magnetic hanger.Designed specifically for HVAC/R, this meter calculates the temperature difference in English or metric units, offering the benefits of a digital thermometer in a heavy-duty design. Due to its internal technology, the ST4 stabilizes rapidly even when moved between different environments like rooftops and walk-ins, providing faster and more accurate readings compared to meters using thermocouple adapters susceptible to ambient heat transfer. The included rubber boot and hanging bag facilitate easy, hands-free testing.
