The Fast-Stat Model 7000 is a three-part wiring extender kit designed specifically for converting air conditioner systems to single or two-stage heat pumps. It allows technicians to utilize existing 4-wire thermostat cables and 2-wire condenser cables, avoiding the need to run new wires during the upgrade.This kit transmits the necessary R, C, G, Y1, Y2, W, and O/B signals between the thermostat and indoor unit via the 4-wire cable, and Y1, Y2, O/B, and W signals between the indoor unit and the outdoor heat pump using the 2-wire cable. It also features a built-in controller for optional fossil fuel or supplemental heat configurations.
