The Evergreen EM motor is designed as a direct replacement for standard constant torque ECM blower motors, like the X13 or equivalent models, commonly found in residential and light commercial indoor furnaces, air handlers, and package systems. This multi-speed, brushless DC motor provides flexibility for technicians dealing with various airflow requirements.Featuring automated rotation sensing, the Evergreen EM simplifies installation by automatically determining the correct direction. It delivers ECM-level efficiency (up to 80%) and incorporates soft start/stop functions for quieter operation compared to standard PSC motors. Note that this motor is not intended to replace premium ECM constant airflow motors (e.g., Eon, 2.3, 3.0).
