This BFK series filter drier is a solid core, bi-directional liquid line drier designed specifically for heat pump applications. It effectively removes moisture and contaminants down to 40 microns using a 16 cubic inch desiccant blend optimized for high water and acid capacity across a range of refrigerants including CFC, HCFC, HFC, and HFOs. Internal check valves permit flow and filtration in either direction, simplifying installation in reversing systems. The drier features 1/2" ODF connections, a maximum working pressure of 680 psig, and a corrosion-resistant epoxy powder paint finish for durability.
