This wireless wall thermostat is designed for use with Amana K or J Series PTAC units (PTC, HEC, DRY, or PMC models). It provides two-way wireless communication, allowing flexible thermostat placement without requiring line-of-sight to the PTAC unit.Installation involves mounting the included antenna behind the PTAC front cover and establishing a simple one-button connection. The thermostat features a backlit display for easy viewing and can be powered by 18-30 VAC hardwire or two AAA batteries (included).
